How does Click & Collect work?

Our Click & Collect service is easy to use, just follow the four simple steps:

STEP 1

Check the items you want are available for Click & Collect at your preferred store and the date for collection in-store.

STEP 2

Add them to the cart, enter your contact details, choose the store you want to collect your items, select the date of collection, and checkout as normal.

STEP 3

Wait until you have received an email from [email protected], for an order confirmation. Print the email or take a screenshot of your order email on your mobile phone

STEP 4

Take your confirmation, along with proof of ID (ID Card or Passport) to the store and pick up your items at the checkout within the time period and store specified, during opening hours.

FAQs

Which stores can I collect my order from?

We currently offer the collection service at Nature Verte Curepipe, Nature Verte Trianon, Nature Verte Port-Louis and Nature Verte Grand-Baie.

What ID or documents will I need to collect my order?

Please bring your Order Receipt with the Order Number that you have received from [email protected] and your NIC or Passport when you come to collect your order.

Do we provide home delivery service?

At the moment, we only offer a collection service in our stores.

Can I pay online?

Not at the moment, please pay at the selected Nature Verte Store, at the time of collection.

Can I collect my order on the same day?

You can collect your ordered items after 2 days from checkout, once the confirmation order has been received.

Please note that items can be collected on the same day during opening hours, subject to availability of the items in-store. Please see our Store Locator for opening hours.

In any case, a representative of Nature Verte will revert back to inform you that the order is ready for collection.

What happens if I do not collect my order?

We will cancel your order if it has not been collected within 48 hours after your selected collection date.

How do I cancel my order?

Send us an email at [email protected] with your contact details and Order Number. You can also call our Customer Services on 6701141 for order cancellation.

Returns and Refund

Does my item qualify for a refund?

To qualify for our refunds policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods that are not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your original receipt.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased from any of our stores or website, without a valid receipt. Further exceptions apply, so please ask in store for more details

How can I return my item?

 

We will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition, they were purchased, including all packaging.

We will inspect the package and notify you whether your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the package.

Please note that you if you have purchased sale items, we will only offer exchanges, and not a cash refund.
