Iron supplement that provides 20mg of elemental iron in the form of iron bisglycinate. Iron bisglycinate is a chelated form of iron, which means it is more readily absorbable by the body. We’ve also combined vitamin C with iron to further increase iron absorption.
USAGE :
Take 1 capsule daily with a main meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
