Chronobiane Protect LD 1.9 mg is a food supplement containing delayed-release melatonin, lemon balm extract and zinc. It is mainly intended for people who wake up early or have difficulty falling back asleep at the end of the night. Melatonin is released in a delayed manner, with a peak approximately 5 hours after intake.
Usage
Take 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water at bedtime. For adults only.

Baobab fruit pulp (Adansonia digitata L.), lemon balm extract CPSP-01 (Melissa officinalis L., aerial part), bulking agents: calcium phosphates and microcrystalline cellulose, Hypro-ri® Zinc (zinc sulphate and rice protein hydrolysate), thickener: sodium alginate, bamboo powder (Bambusa bambos L. Voss, exudate), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.
