Eucalyptus citriodora ou Corymbia citriodora
The lemon eucalyptus ( Eucalyptus citriodora or Corymbia citriodora ) is a large tree of the Myrtaceae family, native of Australia.
Directions
Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil should always be largely diluted in a plant oil before being applied to the skin.
Warnings
Do not use : in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in children under 7, in the person allergic to any of the components (citronellal, citronellol, limonene, neral, linalool), in asthmatics without the advice of an allergist, in the epileptic people or people having a history of convulsive disorders.
Recipes
Rheumatism, muscular or osteoarticular pain
Dilute 5 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil in 1 teaspoon of calophyllum oil. Massage the painful area with this blend, 3 times a day, for 1 to 3 weeks depending on the pain.
Anxiety, stress, nervous imbalance
Take 2 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil + 2 drops of sweet almond plant oil on a neutral tablet, 3 or 4 times a day, during 1 to 2 weeks.
Zoster
Apply 4 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil blended with 1 tablespoon of St. John’s wort plant oil, 6 times a day until until the lesions disappear
